DSS Corporation releases second generation Microsoft Exchange capture and equature® Agent

equature® Exchange capture now supports multiple Microsoft Exchange servers across multiple Active Directory domains. This functionality was implemented to support larger clients with thousands of Microsoft Exchange Accounts. This support is a first in the Email Archiving market space and does not require Journaling on the Exchange servers.
This functionality optimizes large Exchange repositories as well. equature® supports storage optimization with Single Instance Storage support and Sym Link technologies. This allows our clients to reduce redundant data by a factor of more than 5 times. This means a customer with 5TB of Exchange data can reduce it to 1TB or less with equature®.
equature® Agent is a client monitoring tool deployed on user’s desktops to provide desktop analytics. The function of equature® agent was enhanced to support:
Screen Data Capture – This allows the recorded phone calls to be mirrored with the agent computer screen and played back as a movie.
Free seating – this allows agents to sit anywhere in the center and equature® knows who is sitting where through Active Directory.
Screen Integrations – This framework allows us to integrate key information into equature® like account numbers, incident numbers from CAD and other relevant information.
Silent deployment – This allows equature® Agent to be deployed to hundreds of computers from one server.
Desktop Monitoring – equature® Agent can log all program and browser events for robust reporting and analytics.
