equature® Screen Capture Module
What is it?
equature® Screen Capture is a tool that captures the agent’s desktop screen and synchronizes it up with the audio recording. The screen captures are displayed as movies in Equature®. The screen capture module is capable of capturing multi-monitors at each computer. Some users have 3 or more monitors and Equature can capture all of that information and link it with the recorded calls.
Why is this important?
equature® Screen Capture is a critical tool for training and understanding of what happened for event reconstruction. This module allows you to see instantly if the call taker has problems using applications or if they are not following proper procedure. Also, you can use outstanding interactions as training content for new employees.
How does it work?
How it works is the best part. equature® Screen Capture is totally passive. Once the equature® Agent is deployed to the user’s computers, it automatically starts recording the computer screens. Basically, you set it and forget it. You instantly start enjoying the enhanced viewing and training benefits.
