equature® Proactive Monitoring
What is it?
equature® Proactive Monitoring is our ability to monitor your system from our NOC (Network Operations Center) 24 hours a day 365 days per year. We even include Leap Year. This allows us to detect minor issues and resolve them before they become major outages.
Why is this important?
equature® Proactive Monitoring is critical so our customers can do their jobs and not have to worry about their core systems. Our customers need to deliver to their customers and they don’t need to be concerned with support issues. Proactive Monitoring puts the burden on us which equates to uptime for our clients.
How does it work?
equature® is a real-time application that watches and knows what is happening. We have extended this framework to include errors and problems - when an event is detected, we receive an alert. Our factory certified engineers can take care of the problem instantly. Once the problem is resolved then the case is closed and our clients are notified with the details.
